1. Why is a Staging Professional necessary?
   Because you have lived in your home and have made it comfortable for your family needs, a professional home stager can assist you in looking at you home through buyer’s eyes. Just-Stage-It can assist you in seeing the features of your home that you may now take for granted.

2. Is the home staging process expensive?
   No. Just-Stage-It takes what you currently have; by rearranging and de-cluttering, we make it look new again. We will accent the positives and down play the negatives. We de-clutter and de-personalize your home so the buyer can see the possibilities. We may suggest purchases to add the “wow’ factor.

3. How does the staging process work?
   The process starts with a consultation where a consultant walks through your home with you making notes of what would work best in your home. We look for the features of your home to highlight, and flaws to be fixed. We observe your home through buyer’s eyes.
   
   The staging process is when the actual work begins and we get to work by changing furniture placement, adding accessories to highlight the room features, take away the clutter and personal items that can distract buyers from seeing them living in your home.

4. Will I get a return on the money I spend on using a professional stager?
   If a homeowner spends an average of $300 to $500 on staging services for their home, they can recover over 3 times the cost in the sale of their home.

5. What is the benefit for me, the homeowner?
   In addition to the return on the money spent for a professional stager, the U.S. Housing and Urban Development reports a staged home will sell, on average, 17% higher than an un-staged home. In a 2008, occupied homes that were never previously staged listed and sold on average in 24 days.
